RANVAC ISO flange are manufactured according to ISO specifications with full compatibility to other manufacturers standard. There are two types of flange assemblies claw clamp type and bolt flange type; both use an O-ring hold in place by a centering ring to achieve vacuum seal up to 1x10-9mbar. The bolt type flanges are assembled by using a set of bolts to fix the position of the flanges. The claw clamp flanges use double claw clamps to hold two flanges together. The use of the claw clamps means that mating flanges can be connected in any orientation. Single clamp also can be used for certain applications.

All CF flanges are manufactured from specially selected, high quality stainless steel - 304L (1.4306) or the higher specification 316LN (1.4429). These materials being the accepted standards throughout the UHV vacuum industry. Both stainless steels are low carbon varieties designed to avoid inter-granular corrosion after welding.

Cleaning and Packaging:

Products with weld joints are 100 percent helium leak tested to assure leak free. To ensure the cleanliness of RANVAC products ready for onsite use, all parts are ultrasonically cleaned with de-ionized water, and packaged. Each bag is affixed with a label identifying the components part number.

Customization:
