Shree Cera- Ceramic Fiber Blankets is a needled blanket, provides effective solution to a wide range of thermal insulation applications. Manufactured using state of the art spinning and double needling technique, these blankets offer low thermal conductivity and superior insulation performance.Ceramic Blanket is made from high purity alumina, silica and Zirconia. It is a highly efficient insulator with extremely low shrinkage characteristics.Ceramic Blanket is unaffected by most chemical reactions (except hydrofluoric & phosphoric acids and concentrated alkalis). It is completely inorganic and hence no fumes during initial heating or later heat-ups. In case of wetting by steam, water or other liquids, it retains its thermal and physical properties after drying. It is recommended for dry wrapping of structural steel and variety of other passive fire protection applications. It is available in various chemical compositions, density and thickness combinations.

Shree Cera-Ceramic Fiber Bulk Wool is a light weight thermal insulation material produced by spun process from a high purity alumina-silica composition. These are also known as Ceramic Wool. The temperature range for ceramic wool consists of 1000oC to 1425oC. Furthermore, these products are available with us in fibers, papers & ropes of varied densities suited to the divergent demands of the clients.

Depending upon specific application our engineers can develop and implement a high performance solution that meets your requirements. This is done by taking the unique properties of ceramics to produce heat guards that is highly adept in extreme environments, retaining characteristics of light weight and robustness. Needled ceramic fiber is the common insulation material used in our Heat Guards. Our flexible technology provides an effective and versatile solution for thermal protection in a wide range of industrial applications. Our flexible technology offers heat guarding in continuous operating temperatures up to 600C. A fully flexible jacket, it is lightweight and easy to fit and to remove as and when required, even in a restricted & confined area.

Shree Cera- Vacuum Ceramic Fiber Boards formed ceramic board and shapes are rigid products made from Ceramic Fiber which is mixed with organic and inorganic binders with or without mineral fillers. The key feature of this Heat Insulation Board is that it contains no asbestos element but has high strength due to long resilient filament structure and binder system. This gives it very high insulating value, makes it resilient and chemical resistant. It is unaffected by water/chemical spillage and its physical properties are restored on drying.
