Use in transformers and other sealed Tank while storage / transportation to provide and maintain constant N2 / Inert Gas / Demoisturised Air Pressure so as not to allow atmospheric air inside the chamber / Tank. The atmospheric air is very harmful for content in the tank as contains moisture. Application:- Pressure Relief Valve (P.R.V.)  is a safety device to used in Transformer, Pressure Tanks & Lines for indoor & outdoor application. Suitable for repeated operation, than conventional Explosion Vent. Working –                    Port of 150 mm. is sealed by a  Stainless Steel Diaphragm  resting on an  “O” Ring. Heavy- Duty Spring Set keeps  the port closed in normal condition. As soon as the pressure exceeds the pre determined safe limit due to any reason like change in temperature, formation of vapor etc. The diaphragm gets lifted from the seat. This exposes the tank pressure to a greater area, corresponding to the diameter of side gasket. Resulting to sudden increase of force. Thus  instantaneously  opening port of 150mm. and allowing vapor, gas & liquid to flow out of tank. Resulting to fall of pressure. The diaphragm restores its normal position as soon as pressure  drops below the set limit and is ready for second jump. Spring retainer prevents the dislocation of spring during repeated operation. The lift of diaphragm also operates the  Limit Switch  (Double Pole/ Double Throw type) & Visual Indicator (Flag)  by help of  Rod.  Limit Switch is attached with ¾  “* 16 T.P.I.  (B.S.C.) Cable Gland   of PVC.          Engineered for rugged use & long life each P.R.V. is checked for its  operational condition  individually. It is important to note that depending upon the tank fluid different  “O” Ring  material is suggested. This design if used in transformer is suitable for operating pressure of  0.42 / 0.49/ 0.56   kg/cm sq. ( ± 0.07 Kg / cm sq.) i.e. 6 / 7 / 8  ±  1 p.s.i. Note: -  Our standard feature is   PRV with Nitrile Rubber Gasket. Limit Switch confirms to weather protection  IP-67  with  (1 N.O.+ 1 N.C.)   /   (2 N.O.+2 N.C.)  Contact. Mounting –                    P.R.V. can be mounted both horizontally & vertically by help of 6 mounting holes in  Aluminum Casted Body  for M12 Bolts at p.c.d. 235mm. PRV at different operating pressure (higher/lower) can be supplied as per your request. Routine Test-  is carried on each P.R.V. as follows and test certificate furnished along with supply. Operating Pressure individually. Contact / Operation of Switch & Flag is checked in Before & After Valve Operation condition. Leakage Test at 75% of Operating Pressure for 12 hr is done. Dielectric Test of 2 K.V. for 1 minute. Type Test-                      Our P.R.V. has already qualified Environmental Test  IP 67  a must to understand practical adaptability in real life condition and rugged use. Application:- To give Alarm and Light Indication if the pressure of Tank reaches to alarming low / high level during transit or storage of Tank / Transformer. Working:- Specially calibrated pressure sensing device is attached to the Tank through Flexible hose, connected to pressure Tank. As soon as the pressure in the tank decreases/increases to alarming level the sensing device actuates the signals. Features:- Complete unit has been packed in FRP Box having tested for Environmental Condition IP65.  Dual Akarm system provided. Wireless / Wired. Any one can be used at a time. Under Ideal Condition workable range of Wireless System is 20-25 Mr. Special ringing effect is incorporated in the ringing wireless system, till the pressure is not restored in the Tank. To check the healthiness of the circuit,   CIRCUIT CHECKING SWITCH  ( Push Type) is provided. To be used when Tank Pressure is above alarm actuating pressure. 3 Way switch is provided for selection of different use mode TRANSIT / OFF / AUXILLARY. Power source for Remote is Long Life 1 Nos. is Dry Alkaline Batteries 12 V – 23 A, Wireless Buzzer/Bell Long Life Dry Alkaline Batteries AAA  1.5 V. Power source during AUXILLARY (STORAGE) preferred is 12 V- D.C.

Rapid Pressure Relief Valve (R.P.R.V.) is a safety device to be used in Power Transformer/ Rectifiers/Special Transformers, OLTC , Pressure Tanks & Pressure Lines for indoor & outdoor application. Suitable for repeated operation than the conventional Explosion Vent. RPRV gives edge our Conventional Pressure Relief Valve (PRV) like. It acts faster than Conventional Pressure Relief Valve. This is very critical at time of sudden pressure rise. It releases pressure quicker than Conventional Pressure Relief Valve.
