We keep stock for  SAE 4130 Round Bars  and  SAE 4130 Hollow Bars  in size from 45mm Dia to 400mm Dia other sizes are available on request. AISI 4130 Round Bars are Quenched and tempered to get Min 75KSI Yield and Min 100KSI and Impact tested at -46 or -50 Deg C and min 32 Joules with 42Avg and Hardness of Max 22 HRC as suitable for NACE MR-01-75. Quenching and tempering can also be carried out in accordance with your own requirements. We also offer you in-house cutting, drilling, boring and shot blasting services.  

We manufacture AISI 4130 Tees which are mainly used for high pressure Applications like sour services, Low temperature, onshore offshore Drilling, Manifold Equipments and Rig Projects. AISI 4130 Tees: AISI 4130 Equal Tees AISI 4130 Unequal Tees AISI 4130 Long Sweep Tees up to Sch XXS with standard pressure ratings of 7.5K-10K-15K PSI (AISI 4130) in dimensions as per ANSI B16.9 / ANSI B16.28 and also we manufacture this Tee with high thickness i.e. above sch XXS as per Customer requirement AISI 4130 Tees are manufactured by hot formed on purpose bending machines or forged in closed dies and welded to ensure that the end user obtains optimum result from the equipment. We keep stock for the AISI 4130 Tees so that client can avoid long deliveries in their urgency and shutdown jobs.

We manufacture AISI 4130 Pipe End Caps which are mainly used for high pressure Applications like sour services, Low temperature, onshore offshore Drilling, Manifold Equipments and Rig Projects. We manufacture this Pipe End Caps up to Sch XXS with standard pressure ratings of 7.5K-10K-15K PSI (AISI 4130) in dimensions as per ANSI B16.9 and also we manufacture this AISI 4130 Pipe End Caps with higher thickness i.e. above sch XXS as per Customer requirement. This AISI 4130 End Pipe Caps is in shape like ellipsoidal and it conforms to the shape requirements as given in the ASME Boiler and Pressure vessel code. We also keep stock for the AISI 4130 End Caps to minimise clients shut down periods and avoiding long deliveries.
