2 to 3 coupling are welded on jacket for circulating external media and procuring desired temperature. In matter of size, jacketed ball valves are manufactured with bigger size of flange than body size. This cause because of jacket takes place towards drilled holes of flanges with sufficient clearance for circulating media. Therefore to provide proper space for bolting, jacketed ball valves are preferable in sizes like 25 * 40 NB, 40 * 50 NB, 50 * 80 NB, 80 * 100 NB, 100 * 150 NB etc.
Fluorinated lined products are giving successful performance where media is extremely corrosive and as wetted parts, metal is not being suggested to use.

Appex ball valves bonnet is provided with an integral cast ISO 5211:2008 mounting pad for ease of automation. Pneumatic actuator or gear box unit can be fitted on actuator mounting flange with drilled and tapped hole without any modification in fitted valves.
Investment casted gland is fitted with bolts on ISO 5211 mounting pad. 100 % fugitive emission free results can be obtained by tightening gland. Well tightened gland compressed gland packing uniformly at specific elasticity point and ensures desired long life air tight sealing . Gland also supports to reduce thrust loads as well as operating torque.
Sheet metal cutting stopper plate is designed for dual purpose. One, it turns quarter from open to close position while operate valve. Second it can be locked with gland or ISO pad to prevent valve operating without permission or unauthorized operating.
Close integrity between stem and lever is obtained by square design. Without thread heavy duty stainless steel stem gives easy operating with lower torque. Appex: make single piece design flange end full bore ball valves are only made by investment casting processes. 1 body and 1 check nut are used for manufacturing this without joint ball valves. When passing media are extremely critical and should not be taking any chance of leakages then this universally expected design are used. Because of body side area are very closed to flange, bolting problem can be eliminate by choosing higher size PCD which can be get in BS 10 table F. Thats why mostly single piece design ball valves are made with flange standard BS 10 table F. Extended stem ball valves are mainly used where normal distance lever operated ball valves are covered with insulation. Sharvil engineers offers very reliable and long life performing extended stem design ball valves in investment casting and sand casting bodies. 4, 6 8 or longer stem are provided according to application. Flush bottom valves ( bottom tank valves ) are being manufactured with size ranges 25 NB to 250 NB in austenitic stainless steel as well as alloy steels as per users requirements and with GMP finished. Y type designed fabricated flush bottom valves can be used where materials at bottom is chocked or clogged or suspended particles to be removed with external pressure from the bottom & receive direct flow at time.
Specific angular cut bonnet bush allows all flowing media to pass through delivery line without any storage at bonnet. This design prevents unnecessary corrosion or wear inside body.
Hard faced seat and plug give outstanding performance and make our valve very reliable when flowing media contain any hard particles.
