Our Products
We manufacture a wide range of silver plated copper wire that is known for its flexibility, resistance, and high conductivity. Our range finds application in various types of cables, industrial machines, heaters and high temperature instruments. We manufacture this range in compliance with the industry standards using high-grade silver and copper. Moreover, silver coating is done on the copper wire through electrolytic process
Also called silver copper wire, silver plated copper wire is manufactured by coating layer of silver on copper wire. This wire amalgamates the characteristics of two kinds of metals. The silver coated copper wire is available in the market in varied thicknesses. The distinguishing features of this wire that make it an admired choice include excellent electrical conductivity, abrasion resistance, corrosion resistance, high tensile strength, and glossy finish. The silver copper wires are widely used nowadays in various electrical applications across different industries. These wires are deemed suitable for both domestic and industrial use.
Rajasthan Electric Industries is an established manufacturer and supplier of wide variety electrical wires.
Nickel copper alloy, sometimes called Cupronickel is basically an alloy of copper which contains nickel and other strengthening materials such as iron and manganese. Because of its fantastic electrode potential, this alloy is used for sea water installations and machines. Nickel wire and nickel alloy are now broadly utilized in manufacturing underwater piping, heat exchangers and condensers for shipping industry.
The primary reason for choosing such nickel copper alloy is the fact that it is highly resistant to corrosion, which is the main reason for metal decay under sea water. As its electrode potential is adjusted to be neutral with regards to the sea water, this alloy can be safely used for those machines and instruments which are used under sea. There exists a range of different copper nickel alloys that possess different properties and hence are suited to a range of different applications. Some of the better known copper nickel alloys include:
All copper nickel alloys consist of only one phase as the copper nickel binary system exhibits complete solid solubility. If you are searching for high quality nickel copper wire, nickel wire and products related to nickel alloy then your search ends here. Rajasthan Electric has been a pioneer in providing world class copper nickel alloy and related products for some of the biggest industries and manufacturers all over the world.

In order to do tin coating on copper wire the material needs to go through a serious of process. First, the Electrolytic Copper Wire is drawn into the specific size required through various machinery. Secondly, the material is annealed and then tin coated is done on it by two process:-
Electrolytic ProcessThis is a process in which the material passes through chemical tank and with the help of electric current on the tin slab the tin coating on the copper wire is done which comes evenly onto the material as required.
Hot Dip ProcessIn this process the tin slab is melted into an electric pot and the material is being made passed through it which results in tin coating on it.
UseThe Tin Coated Copper Wire is used in various types of cables, industrial machines, heaters, high temperature instruments and various other types of instruments.
