In order to meet clients specific construction requirements, the company hires and supplies unmatched quality centering sheets. These centering plates are available in 14 kg. Steel scaff floor forms or slab shuttering are manufactured from 14/12 gauge M.S. sheets with pressed flange, stiffeners, and proper slots at the edges. Odd dimensions are filled up with the adjuster floor forms/slab form. Normal sizes available are 600 mm width and in lengths of 900 mm (for 400mm slab thickness) and 1150 mm (for 300mm slab thickness). Adjusters are available in 900/1150mm lengths and 450/300mm width.
Wall Form System of Steel shuttering gives maximum economy with excellent concrete finish and is therefore used by contractors for construction of walls, floors, culverts, deck slab and precast units. The wallform panels have proved very popular with contractors because they are both practical and economical.Wallform System consists of standard panels manufactured out of 2.5mm (12G) sheets with slotted 45 x 45 x 5mm angles frame and stiffener channel or heavy duty soldiers and Walers Tubes. All these components are connected together by three types of clips of specific design i.e. Single Clip, Wedge & Clip and Connecting bolts.
Cuplock System is one of the most efficient supporting system. This system is compatible to cuplock system & offers the same function. It provides simplicity & versatility with simple erection & dismantling procedures. It is also used for various applications like construction, ship building, maintenance, offshoure etc.The forged blade ends of the horizontal (ledgers) are placed into the bottom cup & the top cup is moved down and rotated to secure the components in place, and tightened by a hammer blow.They are available in different lengths as per the customers requirement.
