Complete steel construction, Custom designed in Multiple Effects with respect to availability of steam.Semi Kestner Robert type Evaporators as per plant layout.Reamed finished tube holes and ligaments made in close tolerance.All seams are welded with SMAW MIG welding process with approved welding procedures and qualified welders.All vessels provided with quick opening man holes for ease of maintenance.All connections such as lightsight glasses (chrome plated), covers, washing coils for hotcold water and caustic soda, juice inletoutlet are welded on the vessels. Meticulously designed SAVEALL CATCHALL for minimum entrainment.Additional poly baffles provided for zero entrainment.Special layout of tubes and air passage for quick withdrawal of noxious gases and good circulation of steam vapour.All accessories, valves and fittings on Clients Request.Glass wool insulation and Al cladding after complete erection for min. heat loss.

HI-LO CANE UNLOADER

HI-LO CANE UNLOADER
Hi-Lo Unloaders are conveniently used to unload cane from specially designed wagon trolley directly to the Feeder Table or open yard. Hi-Lo type Unloaders are hydraulically operated traveling trolley comprising of lifting, tilting and traveling mechanism. It usually runs on rails on ground level and capable to feed cane on all Feeder Table installed near the rails on one line. This arrangement gives an advantage of bulk unloading up to 20 T of cane in a single grip. Cane unloading with sling bar arrangement requires systematic loading of cane in the vehicles with slings that are provided by the sugar factory. Sling bar unloads the cane directly on the Feeder Table. Cane feeding in the main conveyor is easily controllable by Feeder Table with variable speed.
