Due to the frequent breakdowns of the Peroni plant, the company experienced heavy financial losses and production downtime. RA Power Solutions deployed two senior engineers to the steel plant to inspect and audit the Peroni Pompe Italy.
After undersizing the crankpin to 1.5mm, the matching bearing was manufactured and supplied by RA Power Solutions. The Peroni Pompe, Italy, was assembled, and its performance has been observed to be satisfactory.

i. Considering the damage, all six (6) crankpins diameter was reduced from 130.00 Mm to 129.50 MM, maintaining the tolerance of 0.02 MM.
