The Counter Flow Cooler offered by us are precision designed to ensure temperature of cooled pellet materials is within +3 /+5C above ambient temperature. It features unique automatic discharge device that helps in preventing cross contamination.

Construction:

• Infrared sensors for level control provided at particular height outside box with acrylic glass window
• Upper hood designed for resting of air lock at inlet with provision for connecting ducting to blower and cyclone.
• Two grill type tubular trays fabricated from MS at bottom of the cooler.
• Top tray connected through eccentric mechanism (To provide gear drive for discharging of pellets)
• Manual adjustment arrangement made to bottom tray to set gap for discharge of pellets, when top tray starts oscillating.

Construction:

• Made from MS material (Unless specified) complete with vibratory motor
• Sieve vibrates by means of eccentric mechanism mounted on the shaft
• Machine is supplied in assembled condition

Installation:

• After proper alignment leveling, machine base is erected on the floor by bolts
• A minimum of 800 bmm space is left at inlet to facilitate changing of the sieve
• Sieve is made from 3 mm thick plates & distribution dome complete with baffles plate from 3 mm thick plate

Our range of cyclones are efficient in separating feed dust from the air. These cyclones are funnel shaped whirlwinds fabricated sheet metal tubes, used for dust collection. The fine dust gathers at the bottom of the cone and is extracted by rotary air lock.

• Aspiration bag filters - pulse jet self-cleaning are used in raw material intake system, elevators, grinding and bagging section for dust free environment in the feed plant.
• Air filtration helps us to keep entire feed plant clean & hygienic.
• Fully integrated aspiration bag filters with plenum chambers are used for efficient grinding, reduced temp. rise, cleaned screen holes.
