Dungs Gas Filters

Filter designed for installation in interior gas lines and compressed air lines to protect downstream fittings. Filter element made of random laid nonwoven Polypropylene fabric and metal support frame with pore width of 50m.(Micron) dust, chips and rust as well as other physical gas-accompanying materials and fouling are retained using the random laid nonwoven fabric. If the dust storage capacity is exceeded or if there is an excessive pressure difference, the filter loses its protective function

Vanaz Gas Filters

Vanaz Gas Filter must be fitted prior to the regulators on the upstream side, to ensure that only clean dust free gas is entering the regulator. Vanaz Gas Filter F 0112 usually used for vot from the house of Vanaz Engineers Ltd. The product is made of aluminium with red color and dimension (H x L) of : 100 mm x 25 mm with 0.4 KG Wt. Pressure Range : (6 Bar Pressure) 20 micron. The presence of dust dirt in pipeline results in malfunctioning of the regulator because of damage caused to the regulator seat and rubber sealing pad. Also movement of the linkage is restricted due to the deposition of dust dirt on the moving parts and affects performance of the regulator. Hence the use of filter is strongly recommended.
