The Cross Roller Guide is a limited stroke linear guide that has precision rollers orthogonalized alternately. This product provides rigid yet supple linear motion and is particularly suitable for linear guidance where high rigidity and supple movement is demanded.
linear guideways provide a type of linear motion that utilizes re-circulating rolling elements between a profiled rail and a bearing block. The coefficient of friction on a linear guideway is only 1/50 compared to a traditional slide and are able to take loads in all directions. With these features, a linear guideway can achieve high precision and greatly enhanced moving accuracy. We offers multiple linear guideway series and each series features different options for sizes, loading capabilities, accuracies, and more.
Our track roller guides are ideally suited for high movement speeds and they also do their work in harsh environments. The basis of each guide is a standard our profile as carrier profile. In addition a suitable clamp profile and the guide rods are selected. The carriage with guide rollers and carrier plate is configured to meet your requirements.
