LOW BLOCK CYLINDERS A21

  1. Best selection for side clamping for strap free applications.
DESCRIPTION:
These Low block cylinders are suitable for clamping work pieces from the sides where clamping is not possible from top. Hydraulically operated piston pushes the pivoted lever against the work piece. By positioning the pivot lever it is possible to have a downward force in addition to horizontal push force to clamp the work piece firmly on to workrest. This prevents lifting of component.

FEATURES:
  • Min./ Max. Operating Pressure 10/250 bar.
  • The vertical force is approx. 30% of nominal clamping force.
  • Compact cylinder design.
  • Cylinder with Manifold mounting is available as optional. O-ring will be supplied.
NOTE :
  • Refer general design notes before selection & use.
  • For Manifold mounting, plug threaded port.
  • Ordering specification for seal kit. Add prefix "SK" to the model Number.

  1. Versatile, all purpose mounting cylinder.
DESCRIPTION:
Block Cylinders are designed to use for applications like Clamping, Pushing, Lifting, Pulling, Positioning. It can be mounted vertically or horizontally through vertical or horizontal mounting holes. Vertical threaded mounting holes are also available. Each cylinder is available in short or long stroke.

FEATURES:
  • Male / Female threaded piston rod.
  • Min./ Max. Operating Pressure 10/250 bar.
NOTE :
  • Refer general design notes before selection &use.
  • Standard strokes are given. By adding spacers in long stroke cylinders, short strokes can be obtained.
  • Female threaded rod end, Horizontal mounting & Vertical threaded mounting holes are optional.
  • Ordering specification for seal kit. Add prefix "SK" to the model Number.

Hydraulic Power Pack IS designed as a source of power for the clamping arrangements of jigs & fixtures. We offer four models, which are selected based on the requirement of the clamping circuits. The power unit consists of pump motor arrangements and a relief valve to limit the pressure. It also has a pressure switch to signal the system at the set pressures. Our Hydraulic Power Pack also has a return line filter. Two of our models have radial piston pumps & the other two have gear pumps.
