MINI THREADED CYLINDER A51
  1. Threaded body allows exact positioning and easy installation.
DESCRIPTION:
These Cylinders adds Hydraulic clamping power within the tightest areas or convert manual clamping fixtures to power actuated. Cylinders may be threaded directly into tapped holes of the fixture. Threaded bodies allow easy adjustment within the fixture to accommodate parts of varying sizes. Ring nuts can also be used for mounting threaded cylinders in through holes.

FEATURES:
  • Min./ Max. Operating Pressure 10/250 bar.
  • All models have spring return action.
  • Oil port is provided at the bottom to conserve space within the fixture.
  • Cylinders are available with Piston type & Ram type.
NOTE :
  • Refer general design notes before selection & use.
  • For ring nuts refer separate accessories sheet page No. X1.
  • Ordering specification for seal kit. Add prefix "SK" to the model Number.

MANIFOLD THREADED CYLINDERS A11
  1. Extremely compact for positioning and fixturing.
  2. Fine positioning and convenient installation.
DESCRIPTION:
These cylinders can be threaded directly into manifold/ fixture body. Suitable for positioning, clamping or ejecting the work piece. These cylinders can be used in fixtures where space is a constraint. Special aluminium washer provides self sealing. Aluminium washer is included in the delivery.

FEATURES:
  • Threaded cylinder with internal threaded piston rod.
  • Can be lined up to very close dimensions, as close as hexagonal nut (min 35 mm).
  • Min./ Max. Operating Pressure 5 / 250 bar.
NOTE :
  • Do not load in retracted condition.
  • Refer general design notes before selection & use.
  • Ordering specification for seal kit. Add prefix "SK" to the model Number.
  • Keep back pressure to minimum for smooth working of cylinder. (Refer General Recommendations sheet Page No. R1).
  • Tighten manifold cylinder to specified tightening torque Tt mentioned in the specification chart.

Pneumatic Air Cylinder

Our hydraulic cylinder acts as an intensifier raising the hydraulic pressure on the piston to generate a large force and the piston rod will have a stroke of 24 mm under hydraulic pressure at any point of stroke of air cylinder. The intensification point is manually selected and pressurized by a solenoid direction control valve.
