Both these biocides have high degree of kill rate to antimicrobes & polysaccharide producing organisms like leuconostoc mesenteroid, leuconostoc , various yeasts like saccharomyces , torula & pichia & various bacteria like pseudomonas , bacillus subtills , bacillus cereus and fungi found & are highly reactive contaminants in the milling zone in sugar factories.
