QUALITY AUTO WORKS was established in the year 1995, as a manufacturing unit for fasteners.
QUALITY AUTO WORKS an ISO 9002 Certified Company has a large manufacturing facility at one premise. Complete manufacturing facilities e.g. Forging, Drop Forging, Machining, Turning, Milling, Grinding, Hydraulic Threading, Shot Blasting, Heat Treatment and various type of Plating and Galvanizing including HDG (Hot Dip Galvanizing) are available in plant.
A complete laboratory with the state-of the-art equipment is available for complete chemical and mechanical test in plant. Latest machines operated by skilled technicians under the guidance of trained engineers produce high quality products following standards as per ISO 9002 guidelines.

Having entered exports in 2000s, a terrific response has been generated for our fasteners and forgings QUALITY AUTO WORKS keeps on adding new products to its range and endeavors to give value for money (VFM) to its customers.
All our fasteners are checked with Ring & Plug Gauges, Micrometers and Vernier Calipers & slip Gauges. These gauges are periodically checked and calibrated by approved agency as well.
All tests like Hardness, Proof load, Wedge Load, Tensile strength, Head Soundness, Elongation, Yield strength are being done as per the sampling plan given in the respective specifications. These tests results are being provided with each any every dispatch in the form of Test Certificates to ensure customer satisfaction.
