PRODUCT PROFILE
We offers the most comprehensive range of Parmanent Magnet Direct Current motors in geared as well as ungeared versions.Our range extends from 15 Watts to 1500. Within this range, the choice of operating voltage from 12 Volts to 220, and base speeds from 750 RPM to 5000 RPM are available. A wide range of geared motors are also available in rating from 15 watts to 250 Watts.

The world's most advanced digital AC Drives, are available up to 1000 HP and use microprocessor-based control. The inverter uses the latest 3rd generation IGBT technology and the control strategy is S-PWM. These drives can be used for constant torque or variable torque applications. The drive has easy to operate keypad and a large 7-segment LED display for various indications.The drive can be offered with various optional features like input AC line reactor, DC choke, dynamic breaking output reactor, output sine filter and customized panel and system automation as per requirements.
SCM: Basic and Beyond
Feature - rich for motor control applications that require variable speed, and cost effective enough for those that do not. The SCM Series drive virtually eliminates the need for 2 speed motors and starters and reversing starters, and it can be applied as a phase converter to operate a three phase motor from a single phase supply.
AC Generators consist of a stator with a distributed winding, a rotor with wound salient poles and a rotating armature brushless AC exciter. The excitation regulator holds the output voltage constant and provides fast response to sudden load changes. Being brushless, the generator requires minimum maintence.
Voltage
The generators are designed for 145V, 3 phase, 50 HzOther voltage can also be offered.

SPECIFICATION OF STANDARD AC MOTORS (TEFC) .37 KW to 50 KW The above type of Motors are standard motors with mounted type in Totally enclosed fan cooled S 1 duty voltage 415 + 6%, 50 cycles speed 720, 960, 1440, 2880 RPM at 3 phase AC Supply as per IS 325.
3 PHASE A.C. EDDY CURRENT MOTORS VARIABLE SPEED WITH CONTROLS
ELMO AC VARIABLE MOTORS:In our country till date two types of motors are generally used:1. A.C.Motors2. D.C.MotorsWe are introducing for the first time A.C. VARIABLE SPEED MOTORS Called TURBO which does the work of A.C. MOTORS as well as D.C.MOTORS and have the goodness of both type of motors and the same time it eliminates the drawback of these motors. Further, the cost of this motor along with its starting mechanism (starting switvhgear) is 80%, that of A.C.MOTORS (with starting switchgear) and 60% that of D.C. MOTORS (with starting switchgear) .This concept can revolution the use of electricity for driving the of Industry consumind 70% of electricity generated and can also revolution the export of indian machine in the world market.
SAILENT FEATURES OF TURBO MOTORS:
1. The starter used in TURBO model is soft start. The maximum starting current is not above full load current of motor. The eliminates the use of Maximum Demand Meter. 2. No starter wheather star delta type, DOL or auto transformer is required upto 100HP. Uses of 1 MCB for safeguarding against shot ciecuit and over loading suffices the requirement. 3. The entire unit is available in fit and forget position, elimating the uses of commutator, carbon brush, electrical components etc. Therby ensuring greater reliablity of our product. 4. Entire machine is TEFC designed and can therefore be operated in any hazardous condition. The entire machine can be operated/ overhauled/ repaired by any winder having an I.T.I. certification or by one who repairs A.C.MOTORS etc. 5. Speed of motor comes in 2 ranges :0-1250 RPM0-2450 RPM
DC MOTORS (SOLID YOKE TYPE)DC Motors Solid Yoke are manufactured as per IS : 4722 Solid Yoke type in voltages 12-24-110-230-440 VoltsAs per clients specification, above 7.5 HP in Blower mounted design is provided, generally upto 5 HP in 'B' class insulation and above in 'F' class.TE/TEFC Motors are offered in insulation Class 'B' or'F'.
