Conforming to international pharmacopoeia standards, our manufacturing process uses ultra modern machinery and state of the art technology to deliver quality products to the customers. Our plant comprises a laboratory with state of the art testing equipments and personnel. Our unit is centrally located which saves transportation time to International ports and Domestic markets. The sea-port city of Mumbai is accessible within 12 hours by road. Air shipment facilities are available to most of the countries directly from Mumbai. The parent company Tapti Spinners Pvt. Ltd. was established in 2009 by Mr. Harish Bhattad & Mr. Kamal Bhattad dealing with processing of raw cotton, manufacturing & trading of cotton yarn and textile fabric. With a vision to expand globally, the company totally integrated its activities right from cotton ginning, spinning & has now diversified into the Hygiene & Medical textiles field. Purocare started in 2016 is one of the prominent manufacturers of 100 % Absorbent bleached cotton & 100 % Absorbent Bleached Comber (Conventional & Organic both), with a production capacity of 600T/Year. We have also started producing Absorbent Cotton Wool Rolls & Absorbent Cotton Zigzag. We have a unified manufacturing facility, right from processing and cleaning of raw cotton/comber and onwards to the manufacture of the above products, we have the ability to ensure quality checks at every stage in our production line. Being located in India, one of the largest growers of Cotton in the world, we have an edge of being close to the main source of raw material & regulate our inputs. QUALITY POLICY:- Purocare operates under strict quality control systems. We closely monitor our manufacturing process right from raw materials to finished goods & dispatches. Our mission, from day one, has been to hold the highest standards of quality, maintain our customer commitments, and support our local community. Our cotton is Totally Chlorine-Free. Totally Chlorine Free cotton is important to us because we know how important it is to our partners and customers. We have a state of the art ETP set-up so that no harm comes to the environment. Our plant runs strictly keeping this in mind.
