Veeners from high quality Logs are mechanically dried and they undergo stress relieving process, which are assembled in such a way to form a balanced construction. High quality fortified synthetic resins are used for gluing the veneers. Glue line is poisoned by special formulations of chemicals to make Black Cobra Plywood safe against borers. It is hot pressed under proper temperature and more than 16kg/ cm 2 specific pressure. Conditioning is done after pressing, followed by preservative treatment.

It is pressed under proper temperature and high pressure and treated in a vacuum pressure impregnation plant with specific preservatives as per IS 5539:1969.  Black Cobra Marine Plywood can withstand unfavorable climatic conditions, alternate drying and wetting. Moreover, it is safe against marine organism and wood borers. Black cobra marine Plywood can withstand 108hrs. boiling at 1000 C temperature without showing any signs of veneers separation/ delamination.
