The Company was initially incorporated in 1996 as a Private Limited Company. After almost a decade and a half of profitable operations as a close-knit family enterprise, PPL converted to a Public Limited Company in the year 2010, in line with its longer term expansion and growth plans. Today PPL has acquired a global footprint with state-of- the-art manufacturing units located in Kerala, Tamil Nadu and Gujarat equipped to service the demands of customers, both domestic and overseas. PPL’s core strength lies in its highly specialized professionals, having the experience and expertise to design, manufacture and deliver packaging solutions that meet the exacting standards demanded by its customers. In every aspect of the product development cycle, PPL ensures compliance with stringent quality assurance standards, with all its manufacturing processes following strict documented procedural controls. The finished products undergo stringent checks and inspections at the in-house, state-of-the-art QC facilities, to ensure conformance to specifications. PPL is managed by professionals with clear accountabilities and classification of responsibilities. All the Company activities are system driven. PPL specialises in manufacturing packaging that is visually alluring and enhances the product visibility and appeal to the customer. Most compelling graphics are used in the wrapping to incentivise the customer to purchase the product. The development of all systems is done in-house by the Company's software department. The Company has centralized marketing and designing offices at various locations to cater in-house to the specific and unique requirements of various clients from wide-ranging industries. PPL’s facilities have the capacity to produce nearly 6000 Metric Tons of packaging material in a year. PPL currently has an extensive global client base.
