Sesbania Gumis extracted from sesbania seeds which is originated from China. The sesbania gum powder is white loose milky powder which is soluble in water, insoluble in alcohol, ketones, ethers and other organic solvents.

Sesbania gum powder can be dispersed in cold water to form a viscous solution. The viscosity of sesbania gum powder is 5-10 times higher than natural plant gum, sodium alginate. It plays a major role as a flocculant in water and wastewater treatment.

Furthermore, the constituents and specifications of sesbania gum powder are as follows. It has a minimum viscosity of 2000 to 2500 cps.

And when the viscometer is used at a temperature of 25 degrees and speed of 20 rpm, it has a maximum viscosity of 3000 to 3500 cps. Further sesbania gum powder has a moisture content of maximum 12 percent, passing 90 percent, proteins 5 percent, fat 1 percent, A.L.R. 3 percent, Ash 1 percent, pH between 5.5 to 7.0, carbohydrates minimum 80 percent, arsenic maximum 3 ppm, lead maximum 2 ppm, and heavy metals maximum 20 ppm.

Besides this, it has been found after performing microbiological tests, that the sesbania gum powder contains a total plate count per grams of maximum 5000, yeast and mold per gram of maximum 200, salmonella per 25 grams is not present, and also, E. colli and Colliforn is not available.

Guar Gum Splitis refined endosperm derived from guar seed or cluster bean (cyamoperm tetragonoloba).

It is a non ionic polysaccharide galacomannan. Guar Gum Refined Split (Endosperm) is mechanically separated from guar seed which yields 28-30% of Refined Split.

Guar beans are harvested and dried following the growing season. The beans are shelled from the pods, the germ and hull removed.

The resulting splits are wet-milled into powder; the powder is graded by granulation and quality.

Products are re-blended according to specification, bagged and marked.

Guar Gum Splitwith its versatile inherent properties is used all over the globe with different utilities in many industries like Petroleum (Oil drilling), textile, printing, food pharma, cosmetic, toiletries paper, tanneries, mining, explosives, pet food etc. These industries use Guar Gum in powder form either directly plain Guar Gum Powder or in derived form.

Cassia Gum is the purified flour from the endosperm of the seeds of Cassia tora and Cassia obtusifolia which belong to the leguminosae family. Seeds of Cassia occidentalis are a naturally occurring contaminant in the source material

Cassia Gum is comprised of at least 75 % polysaccharide consisting primarily of a linear chain of 1, 4--D-mannopyranose units with 1, 6 linked -D-galactopyranose units. The ratio of mannose to galactose is about 5:1. The following composition was revealed in the sugar analysis conducted using HPLC: mannose (77.2-78.9 %), galactose (15.7-14.7 %) and glucose (7.1-6.3 %).

Cassia gum includes cleaning of the source material by which the content of C. occidentalis is reduced to no more than 0.05%, de-husking and de-germing by thermal mechanical treatment followed by milling and screening of the endosperm. The ground endosperm is further purified by extraction with isopropanol.

The intended use of Cassia gum is as thickener, emulsifier, foam stabilizer, moisture retention agent and/or texturizing agent in cheese, frozen dairy desserts and mixes, meat products and poultry products.

Cassia Gum Food Grade E427 is used as thickener, emulsifier, foam stabilizer, moisture retention agent and texturizing agent in cheese, frozen dairy desserts and mixes, meat products and poultry products. and also used in preparing air fresheners in the form of gels.

Cassia Gum Pet Dood E499 is used as a food for pets substituting locust bean gum or carob gum. It is used with the combination of Kapa Carrageenan as wet canned pet food.

Soya bean Meal manufactured by Protinex Feed is flowing, coarse and granular. It is produced from cleaned material, Non GMO Soya beans, after a series of preparatory physical processes, followed by a multistage extraction of Oil.

Soya bean meal is the most important protein source used to feed farm animals. It represents two-thirds of the total world output of protein feedstuffs, including all other major oil meals and fish meal, the worlds top producers of soy are the United States, Brazil, Argentina, China and India.

The protein fraction of Soybeans, finds its way into soya bean meal as a livestock feed ingredient, as soya protein ingredients for the food industry and for industrial uses (paper coatings, adhesives, etc.).

Soybean meal is the by-product of the extraction of soybean oil. Several processes exist, resulting in different products. This uniqueness makes the product highly desirable as animal feed in India.

Soybean meal is usually classified for marketing by its crude protein content. There are two main categories of soybean meal, the high-protein soybean meal with 47-49% protein and 3% crude fiber, obtained from de-hulled seeds, and the conventional" soybean meal, with 43-44% protein, that contain the hulls. In solvent-extracted soybean meals, the oil content is typically lower than 2% while it exceeds 3% in mechanically-extracted meals.

Our Normal Soybean Meal as well as De-hulled Soybean Meal, is one of the most consistent protein ingredients available to the feed formulatorNormal Soyabean Meal is lower in protein compared to De hulled Soyabean Meal as the hulls standardize the Crude Protein level to range between 46-48%. However the Crude Protein in De-hulled Soyabean Meal ranges from 48% onwards. Soyabean Meal has a higher energy value compared with other protein sources.

Guar Gum, also known as Gum cyamopsis or guar flour, is derived from the ground endosperm of the seed of the guar plant, Cyamopsis tetragonaloba (L) Taub. (syn. Cyamopsis psoraloides).

The guar seeds are dehusked, milled and screened to obtain the guar gum.It is typically produced as a free flowing, pale, off-white colored, coarse to fine ground powder. Guar gum is mainly consisting of the high molecular weight (approximately 50, 000-8, 000, 000) polysaccharides composed of galactomannans and is obtained from the endosperm of the seed of the guar plant.

Guar Gum Powder is extracted from the Guar Seed after a multistage industrial process. The most important property of Guar Gum is its ability to hydrate rapidly in cold water to attain uniform and very high viscosity at relatively low concentrations. Its colloidal nature gives excellent thickening to the solution.

Guar Gum, either modified or unmodified is a very versatile and efficient natural polymer covering a number of applications in various industries like food, beverages, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, paper, textile, construction, oil & gas well drilling, mining etc, due to its cost effective emulsifying and thickening properties.

Guar Gum is used as Natural thickener, Emulsifier, Stabilizer, Bonding agent, Hydrocolloid, Gelling agent, Natural Fiber, Fracturing agent.
