Tablet hardness testing, is a laboratory technique used y the pharmaceutical industry to test the breaking point and structural integrity of a tablet under conditions of storage, transportation, and handling before use. The breaking point of a tablet is based on its shape.

To ensure that pharmaceutical pills and tablets have the ideal casing, a tablet hardness tester is required to accurately analyse the mechanical integrity of a table.

The Portable Tablet Hardness Tester can store 10 test value It can convert three Units (N, Kgf, lbf) automatically. The data can roll over on the screen. Peak-Holding function, Peak-Automatic Discharge function and the discharge time can be set freely. This hardness tester has the RS-232 port output which can be used to connect it with PC for data transfer. If it connects to test stand, it can make the test stand stop moving when it reaches preset stop value.
