Pneumatic Tyre of size Separate long shape dryer, Pug mill & Drawbar with Bucket Elevator chain fitted with Buckets. Prime mover- Water Cooled S433 Diesel Engine of Simpson & Co. Ltd. (4 Cylinder), Reduction Gear Box, A Folded type Chimney and an Exhaust Fan, Auto-jet Burner /L.A.P. Burner will be provided along with Integrated Bitumen Boiler with Barrel Lifting Device. Temperature Gauge, Pug Mill Mixer along with 4 Nos. Telescopic Jacks fitted four corners of the Machine to adjust the height of the Machine for Loading Purpose

Production Make ROAD KING Brand Cold Emulsion Cationic Sprayer fabricated from 4mm MS Sheet. The total unit is painted with Black Paint. The kettle is mounted on a rigid MS fabricated trolley, having 4Nos. pneumatic wheels with draw bar, an Air-cooled 8HP KIRLOSKAR Diesel Engine. Geared pump of 40mm suction and delivery with Clutch for engage and dis-engage the engine and cocks for Cationic circulation and spray through a Long Flexible hose with M.S. rigid Spray Hand Pipe with handle and spray nozzle for spraying.
