Zoledronic Acid Injection

We are offering zoledronic acid injection 4 mg.
zoledronic acid injection is an anti-neoplastic agent used for the treatment of hypercalcemia of malignancy and in multiple myeloma and bone metastases of solid tumors. It is an inhibitor of osteoclastic bone resorption.\rzoledronic acid injection acts by inhibiting fpp synthase, an enzyme in the mevalonate pathway and prevents the biosynthesis of isoprenoid lipids that are essential for the post-translational of small gtpase signaling proteins and finally reduces the bone resorption.\rzoledronic acid injection is contraindicated in patients who are hypersensitive to zoledronic acid or any components of formulation and in pregnancy and lactation. Patients with hypercalcemia of malignancy must be adequately rehydrated prior to administration of zoledronic acid. Care should be taken when zoledronic acid is used in combination with loop diuretics because of an increased risk of hypocalcemia. \r\rrecommended dose:\rthe maximum recommended dose of zoledronic acid in hypercalcemia of malignancy is 4 mg. The 4 mg dose must be given as a single-dose intravenous infusion over not less than 15 minutes.
