A Peek At Our Zinc Oxide Production Process   At Geochem  we follow the French Process (Indirect Process), which is widely used across the globe in Zinc Oxideproduction. Under this process, metallic zinc is melted at temperatures of around 1100 ’c in a graphite crucible.  Vaporized zinc then reacts with oxygen to form Zinc Oxide (ZnO), and the particles are later transferred to the cooling duct, from where they are collected  We use special high grade zinc as raw material, in turn manufacturing zinc oxide that’s small in particle size and high on purity     (99.5 %).
