technical information
features of structure
the bearing with low vibration and noise, specialized for motor, is used as bearing of motor, double face sealing bearing is adopted for motor case no. 160and below, and wave spring washer is mounted at the extension end of the bearing which can effectively restrain vibration and noise of the motor generated during the running period. Internal and external cover structure for motor case no.180 and above is adopted and retaining ring is used at the extension part of the bearing for axial fixing, which can effectively prevent rotor of the motor from axial motion.
For safe and reliable operation of motor, the motor with case no. 180 and above can be equipped with oil injection device on the bearing structure as per the need of client, and the motor with case no. 250 and above, the position of bearing temperature monitoring sensing element is added.
scope of application
type yb2 series explosion-proof three-phase asynchronous motors are made into either explosion -proof “exdi” or explosion -proof“exdiibt4” in accordance with its application requirement, the explosion-proof performance complies with specification of gb3836.1-2000. Electrical equipment used at explosive gas environment part 1:general requirement and gb3836.2-2000. Electrical equipment used at explosive gas environment part 2: explosion-proof type “d”. Also used at the working place of underground non digging working face of mine and the place of factory containing explosive mixed gases.
