Worms and Worm Gears

These worm gears are similar to a standard spur gear, and the worm, which is a cylindrical gear that resembles a screw, allows for smaller gear boxes or drives, while retaining torque or power. We can produce our worm gears in diameters from ½" to 80", and worms from ½" to 20", with diametral pitch for both from 96 upto 2.5 and a module from 0.25 to 20.

We are experienced with machining processes including milling, hobbing, climb hobbing, shaping, and can use any of these to produce your worms, worm gears and worm gear sets.
