Tracing & Carving process having lots of time accordingly design pattern and thickness or thiner block. Normally one single motif block having 1-2 days for carving process. If A pattern having 4 colours means 4 wooden block will develop for printing process. That’s why 4 wooden blocks preparation time will consume minimum 6-8 days. During the carving process, depth of wooden carved area and block impression is most important factor and causes best/poor printing impression.
