Use our efficient Wire Stripping Machine for fast and clean removal of enamel insulation from round wire. Our Wire stripping Machine is developed to remove the enamel coated insulation of round wire dia. 0.8 to 3.5 mm. Our machine is directly mounted on the motor shaft to reduce the vibrations. Moreover, three self-centering High Speed Steel (HSS) precision ground blades rotating at 2800 RPM strips enamel coating from the surface of the wire. Wire diameter to be stripped can be set by easy adjustment of these blades. While rotating, cutting edge of these blades creates the conical cavity which enables wire’s entry easily. Ordinarily, blades need re-sharpening periodically. We supply a blade holding fixture for the same. Re-sharpening can be done on any surface grinding mc.
