Wire Straightening and Cutting Machine

The drawn coil wire loaded in a coil stand passes through a tungsten carbide dies suited in the balanced high speed spinner, subsequently cut to standard lengths within required tolerance. The wires are stored in cut wire stand. They are moved to the wire feeder using pallet truck.
