We have developed high temperature masking with nano-particle impregnated elastomer. This is innovative process wherein non-particles are used to dramatically improve physical properties of elastomers. This helps to achieve high temperature resistance at reasonable cost and life of the mask – number of cycles it can go inside the furnace along with the painted component without losing its elastic properties – increases to almost 70-100cycles.
To achieve 100% filtration of molten aluminum of our aluminum gravity die casting customer – we actually match the filter with their pouring system like a conical filter in funnel, qudra shaped filter for square shaped funnel etc. For rectangular mold entry portions, we match that exact shape of mold entry so that metal does not flow without filtration inside the mold.
Further to reduce turbulence of the flow inside the cavity, we have made long length filter – guiding the flow of metal till SPRU – to achieve better yields for our customers.
