Wing Rubber Fender

We call these fenders the DO-type fender because of its O-shaped inner chamber and also due to the fact that it is actually an improved version of the original D-fender. A popular option as a bumper that protects marine assets during all sorts of forces upon contact, especially against the quay wall. Commonly installed on the vessel itself or also on piers/quays. Though relatively uncommon, wing fenders are also available as a whole solid piece without the inner hollow part.

Wing-type fenders possess good energy absorption capabilities while showcasing an impressive durability. They are also very resistant to longitudinal and transverse shear force.
