better whitening and tinting strength � tifill has a very high whiteness index and makes the polymer compound looks whiter than tio2.
fast dispersing in polymer matrix � tifill has a faster dispersion in the polymer matrix which helps in achieving the desired opacity levels.
Decelerate fading effect � due to tifill�s high brightness and whiteness index, it helps keeping the colour of the polymer white longer than tio2 and reduces the yellowing.
Acts as a barrier� tifill has water repelling properties and also acts as a barrier to reduce the oxygen molecule transfer.
Imparts higher volume � tifill has low density due to its surface modification, which in manufacturing process helps in maintaining the density of the polymer, which is reduced by using just tio2 as it is heavier. This helps in increasing the end volume of the compound, than using just tio2.
Tifill can be used against any non corrosive and non reactive opacifying pigments, which are currently being used in the market to partially replace tio2.
