White Tea is made from leaves harvested while very young, and the buds are still covered in very fine, white hairs (silver tips). These hairs are what which gives white tea its name. Like green tea, the leaves are not fermented. White Tea has a pale, golden color and has light fresh scent. The taste of White Tea is mild and sweet.
