clay crystal premium distemper is a water based interior wall distemper with better opacity and high coverage offering rich matt finish. Its non chalking and washable features give brighter and clearer shades resulting to beautiful smooth walls. 

clay crystal can be used for decoration of fully mature plaster work, concrete , brickwork and asbestos surfaces. The paste is bound with a stable acrylic medium.

recommended usage

clay crystal premium distemper is   recommended for interior use only. It can be applied on ceiling and wall surfaces where a matt finish free from irritating glares due to reflection is required. 

surface preparation and application

sand the surface with emery paper and wipe clean before application of subsequent coat. Ensure the surface is dry , free from all defective and poor adhering material, dirt grease, wax etc. Remove all loose or poorly adhering material by rubbing down using suitable abrasive paper and there after wipe off. Treat fungus affected area using fungicidal solution. Allow to react for 6-8 hours . Apply a coat of clay aqua interior primer followed by clay plast or clay shield wall putty to make the surface uniform. Apply again a coat of suitable primer then apply 2-3 coats of clay crystal premium distemper. 

coverage : on smooth and non absorbent surface 150-170 sq ft /kg per coat. 

drying time:surface dry : 30 minutes

gloss level/sheen level:matt

thining :add 1 liter water to 1.5 kg of distemper. 

stability of paint:see within 24 hours. 

shelf life:1 year from date of manufacture in tightly closed containers. 

precautions 

do not overthin or over extend the brush, stir well before use for best results.
