Dry blend sugar, emulsifier and Lactovis MK. Disperse in small amount of water
Dissolve milk in remaining water.
Melt butter in hot water bath. Add into the blend.
Heat at 80ºC for 5 min.
Homogenize at 200 bar.
Transfer in container. Seal.
