Wheeled Filters

This unit is designed for the filtration of liquid solutions containing solid particles or dust.

E 'consists of a trolley mounted on castors 4 in which a cylindrical body is alloggiatto filter built in PP and a compressed air diaphragm pump.
The filter body is divided into two parts separated by a perforated plate necessary to aspirate and to the filtering of liquids through the filter paper and / or fabric in PP.
The diaphragm pump generates the necessary vacuum filtration, is constituted by a body made of PP with interchangeable PTFE membranes. The system is provided with three ball valves ON / OFF is needed to connect with other filter carts or with other components of other processes and for the supply of compressed air.
The filter is provided with a special vacuum breaker valve to protect the filter from implosions body and by a plastic cover divided into two parts, a removable and the other with a suction intake for the fumes.
