Welsoft-320 (Against Taffulon-320 of Dai-Ichi)

Cationic Non-yellowing softening agent for achieving soft handle and body to fibres, yarn and fabrics.

RECIPES :

Following are a few suggested recipes for finishing with Welsoft-320 as softener.

1. Soft finish on cotton/viscose, nylon/viscose and nylon acetate blends :

Welsoft-320 : 30 – 40 g/litre

PVA Emulsion : 20 – 30 g/litre

2. Soft finish on viscose staple fabrics :

Welsoft-320 : 30 g/litre

PVA emulsion : 20 g/litre

3. Soft finish on nylon georgette, nylon/staple and nylon acetate material

Welsoft-320 : 40-60 g/litre

PVA emulsion : 5-10 g/litre

4. Resin finishing of polyester/cotton blends (shirting)

DMEU Resin : 75-100 g/litre

PE Wax Emulsion : 20-25 g/ltre

Welsoft-320 : 10-15 g/litre

Magnesium Chloride : 7.5-10 g/litre

Pad material with the nip expression 70% dry and cure at 145ºC for 4 minutes.
