We offer welding positioners
we essentially manufacture five types of welding positioners –
1.standard welding positioners:
positioners ranging from our standard range of 50kg to 30,000kg, larger capacities and special requirements can be manufactured to suit customer’s specific requirements. The primary function of positioning range of machines is to assist the welding operator to rotate the work piece through 360° to reposition the component for inspection or welding. a positioner gives the added advantage of a tilting function to tilt the work piece from horizontal to vertical to better position the component for down hand and automatic welding.
Low load positioner is ideal for rotating and tilting lightweight work pieces.
 the speed is step less adjustable.
 low voltage foot pedal with start/stop function. For daily work, these positioners offer perfect solutions.
 the positioner have 2-axis( rotating & tilting)
 200kg positioner have manual tilting adjustment while 500kg, 750kg and 1000kg positioner have motorized tilting.
 the 2-axis operation guarantees the ideal ergonomic working position.
 mechanically and electrically the positioners have been designed for easier maintenance and a small number of spare parts as well.
 200kg, 500kg, 750kg and 1000kg positioner are available in llp range. We also supply higher capacities as per customers requirement.
2. Elevating welding positioners:
the primary function of it is to assist the welding operator to rotate the work piece through 360° to reposition the component for inspection or welding. a positioner gives the added advantage of a tilting function to tilt the work piece from horizontal, to vertical to better position the component for down hand and automatic welding. The added advantage of the elevating machine is to enable large and odd shaped components to be raised and elevated whilst being rotated and tilted to reposition the component to the correct position prior to welding.
3. Rotilt type welding positioners:
ro-tilt type positioners ranging from our standard capacities of 500kg &1,000kg. Larger capacities and special requirements can be manufactured to suit customer’s specific requirements. The advantage of using a ro-tilt type positioners is that it allows the operator to tilt the work piece through 360 degrees. This type of equipment offers the welder greater maneuverability of the work piece by rotating and tilting it into the best possible position, before the welder carries out his work. We offer the option of a fully manual operation, fully motorized option, or a combination of manual and motorized rotation and tilt functions. cnc control can also be provided.
4. 5 – axis positioner:
our 5-axis positioner provides ergonomically friendly positioner height. This positioner gives the flexibility to rotate your work, providing access to reach difficult areas.
