Cementitious Coating is cement based, single component, polymer modified, flexible, elastomeric, waterproof coating - for concrete and masonry surfaces. has very high water impermeability against hydrostatic pressure withstanding capacity. It is available as a dry powder, and is to be mixed with water.

Application:

• Clean the surface thoroughly by washing it with clean potable water to ensure dust particles are removed, so that no dust remains on the surface.
• All surface cracks should be filled up with crack fill powder.
• It is very important that material is mixed with water, properly and thoroughly before use. It is advisable to use a mechanical stirrer, for uniform and thorough mixing.
• The water used for mixing should be 25-30% of the weight of the powder.
• It can be applied to the surface manually by brush. After application of the 1st coat, a minimum gap of 4-6 hours must be maintained before the subsequent coat. The second coat must be applied perpendicular to the first coat.
