Royle Exit seal assembly complete with diaphragm rubber and spring steel seal assembly actuated by dual pneumatic cylinders to control leakage and for access to change diaphragm seals, and patented auxiliary lead wire seal actuated by pneumatic cylinder including automatic controls consisting of encoder mounted on metering capstan, digital counter mounted in master control panel, small operator panel mounted on seal housing, controls all prepiped and prewired, sump base with couplings for water inlet and outlet, catch baskets mounted internally and stainless housing having hinged access doors with observation windows.
