Water Bath Rectangular Double Wall

Double walled, inside made of Stainless Steel 304 Qlty and outside made of Mild Steel sheet painted in Epoxy Powder Coating.

The gap of 25mm between the outer and inner walls insulated with the mineral wool and top of the bath and the concentric rings are made of stainless steel 304 quality. The temperature is controlled by a thermostat from few ºC above ambient to 100 º C with a variation of plus minus 0.5 º C.

The bath is provided with two indicating lamps, concentric rings constant water level arrangement ON/OFF Switch & wire and plug but without thermometer.

Option:

1. WBR-1 Stirrer with 1/20 H.P. high speed motor with stainless steel rod and blade provided with speed regulator can be fitted at an extra cost.
2. WBR-2 Digital Temperature Controller Cum Indicator instead of Thermostat to cost extra.
3. WBR 3  Option: Microprocessed PID controller having 4 ramp & 4 soak profile having set mode, alarm parameter, configuration parameter, profile parameter, set point profile, Pv error indicator, parameter for locking etc.
4. Alarm: It is possible to provide electronic alarm, if temperature deviates more than ± 5 °C to cost extra.
5. WBR-1 Is compulsory to be attached with WBR-2.
6. WBR-1 Is compulsory to be attached with WBR-3.
