Silica sand is one of the most common varieties of sand. Silica sand is composition of silicon dioxide (SiO2) which is a specific quartz. There are two types of silica sand one of is produced by crushing of quartz stone and other one is found in natural form from riverbeds, then washing and sizing in grain distribution. There are many varieties of silica sand in the world, each with their own unique composition and qualities.
