Wall Putty for use on concrete / motar (internal / external) and ceiling. It's filled the pores of concrete/mortar wall/ceiling and provide white smooth and dry surface. Wall Putty has more adhesive strength. Durability and enhance the life of paints.
Features
Wall Putty not required any curing. Applied on both interior/exterior surface. It prevent from algae and fungi on wall.
Any kind of paint/distemper can be applied on it. It a cementations material it has better adhesiveness and durability. No need to apply any kind of primer before application of paint/distemper.
Application
Wall Putty with 30-35% clean water slowly to make a paste. Continue the mixing for 10-15 minute till a uniform paste is formed. Always prepare a required quantity of putty and use with in 2-3 hrs. of mixing of with water.
Apply the first coat on already moistened wall surface from bottom to upward direction uniformly with help of putty blade. Leave the surface to dry for at last 3 hour and then apply second coat of putty. After drying the first coat of putty just rub the surface gently with wet sponge with a putty blade in order to remove loose particles. Leave the surface to dry preferably for over might. Total thickness of the coat should be limited to maximum 1.5 mm. Gently level the wall/ceiling surface with very fine water proof emery paper of not less than 500 number to get a glossy white surface.
