Features

Construction : Chamber interior is fabricated of stainless steel with dull finish & exterior is of stainless steel / G.I. Powder coated. The inner working chamber is water & vapour tight high-grade stainless steel. All seams are arc-welded & passivated for strength & durability. Modular type prefabricated metal sectional panels are lightweight for easy handling and also fit through standard doorways, easily transported and assembled /disassembled for relocating the room.

Full View Glass Door : Full door is of toughened glass with polysulphide to view the samples without disturbing the test conditions & human safety.

Trays & Racks : Heavy duty solid stainless steel duly electro polished wiremesh type trays are provided which are easy to clean, time & effort saving, adjustable for convenience, along with detachable racks with adjustable angles.

Scanner : For Validation purpose Temp / Humidity multipoint Scanner can be provided with printer & PC interface facility.

21 CFR PART-11 Compliance Log data, Event data, Audit Trail data, E-Records & E-signatures, Graphical analysis& Data acquisition.

Stand by Refrigeration & Humidity System
Two steam generators and two water reserve tanks are provided. In case of any system failure or breakdown the stand by system is switched over automatically without disturbing the test condition.
