Vulcanizzatrice PVG A

The vulcanising serves for the preparation of rubber molds. It consists of a mobile in painted steel sheet that supports the hydraulic press to 4 columns, with heating plates made of cast iron from 250 × 250 mm. The main advantage of this machine is the automation of the entire cycle, so leaving the operator free for the whole duration of the process.

Other benefits include:

• the ability to simultaneously carry out the vulcanization of more models.
• the low-pressure rubber preheating to not deform the model
• the possibility of establishing the thrust in Kg on the models surface
• the indication of the exact vulcanization time in order to have a repeatability of the degree of hardness of the tires
