Fumeless Stainless Steel Pickling Passivation Liquid Solution which is used for immersion (dipping) application by using in a pickling tank bath and used for non-reachable areas of Stainless Steel SS components like internal & external of pipes, wire rolls, internal recessed areas of machinery, valves, flanges etc. Heavy parts are dipped in a huge pickling tank with the help of a chain pully. VK DIP simultaneously removes all weld burn marks , welding colors, rust particles, yellow or red corrosion marks, heat treatment scales very effectively , giving bright uniform stainless steel finish. We manufacture VK DIP which almost does not emit hazardous and toxic fumes and hence working atmosphere in working area remains free from hazardous, toxic and corrosive fumes that get generated during pickling tank bath dipping operations.
