Vitrified Porcelain Tiles

Porcelain and Vitrified tiles are widely used for their material strength. They have quite a number of similar characteristics yet there are some distinct differences between both the tiles.Porcelain tiles are also known as ceramic tiles that are further hardened so as to increase the density, strength and make the tile impervious. Vitrified tiles are manufactured by the process of vitrification of the tiles which imparts a glass look to the tiles and create a very homogeneous and strong material.Porcelain tiles are manufactured by the Dust Press method while Vitrified tiles are manufactured by the process of Hydraulic Press method.
