The new OptiCard 821 is bundled with the BCR (Business Card Reader) which provides automatic recognition of company name, job title, person's name, address, telephone and fax number as shown on the pre-scanned business cards. Users then have the flexibility of saving the files to Excel or sending the files to Outlook for further categorization. Of course, any further change or addition of information can be arranged directly through the BCR software.
