Viscometer Bath

Double walled in construction with Inner made of SS 304 MattBuff finish & Ext. GI Powder Coated Shade in REGULAR MODEL. Inner made of SS 316SS 304 & Exterior SS 304 MattBuff finish in GMP MODEL. The high grade compressed glasswool insulation is provided in between the walls to minimize the heat loss. The Temp. is being controlled by Automatic Auto tuning type Microprocessor based PID Temp. Controller with Dual Digital Indicator & PT-100 Sensor. The unit consist with Stirring assembly motor for Internal Circulation & Temp. uniformity. A perforated SS bottom platform is provided in the bath. Heating is provided by ‘U’ type SS special heaters. 2 Nos. Handles at adjacent sides of the bath are provided for easy lifting. A drainage at the side of the bath is provided for outlet purpose. The Illumination by fluorescent tube at the back of the bath is provided for clear visibility of test. A Glass Window is provided at the front for clear observation of test. Cooling model consists hermetically sealed compressor, condenser, fan motor Etc. and are safely placed on below or one side of the unit. Cooling Refrigerant is CFC free.
